  1. A subscription to NEXUS FS™ requires a minimum of ten Field Workers.

  2. Basic support is offered via an email service.  A response is typically received within one business day.

  3. Most future new features will be released into the NEXUS FS™ product for no additional charge and made available to all users.  Occasionally, premium features will be released that require an additional subscription.  In these cases, users will be notified of the availability of the new premium features however they will not automatically be able to use the feature without a corresponding subscription.

  4. NEXUS FS™ requires a minimum sign-up period of twelve months that is paid for in advance.  Additional users can be added at any time throughout the paid subscription period and will be invoiced until the end of the current licensed period.
